No cancellation charge for an unpaid attempt

If you close Checkout, the payment fails, or Checkout is not successfully paid, Jaano Haq does not treat the kit as purchased and does not unlock it. If your bank shows a pending amount after a failed attempt, it may be a temporary authorisation; check the final payment status with your bank or Razorpay.

Refund eligibility

A captured payment is eligible for verification when you report:

We verify the payment and the reported issue; verification is not a discretion to refuse a statutory remedy. Where a statutory refund ground is established, Jaano Haq will not make a refund conditional on accepting a repaired file or re-delivery. We may offer a correction or re-delivery only if you choose to accept it.

Change of mind after digital delivery

Because the paid files are made available immediately after a captured payment, a change-of-mind refund is normally unavailable once digital access has been provided. This does not affect any refund, replacement, or other remedy you have under applicable law.

How to request review

Create a support ticket from, or identify, the Google account used for the purchase. Include the purchase date and either the Razorpay payment reference shown in Purchases or the transaction/payment ID from your bank, card, UPI app, or payment-confirmation message. Add a short description of the issue. Screenshots of an error are helpful. A ticket gives you an eight-character reference and a privacy-safe status lookup.

Never send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, bank password, or Google password. Jaano Haq will not ask for those credentials.

Delivery problems

If you paid but cannot access the files, follow the steps in the Delivery policy. A captured payment not delivered by the stated deadline remains a refund ground, except for force-majeure delay.

Statutory rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
